Terms of Service

SangLoeiQR (สั่งเลย QR) Effective Date: April 21, 2026


1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you ("User") and SangLoeiQR, operated by Pun as a sole proprietor ("Provider"), for the use of the online menu management platform available at sangloei.com ("Service").

By signing up for or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.


2. Description of Service

SangLoeiQR is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for restaurants, offering the following core features:

  • Create and manage online food menus
  • Generate QR codes for menu access
  • Category and menu item management system
  • Dashboard for restaurant owners

3. Plans and Pricing

3.1 Service Plans

  • Free Plan: ฿0/month — Basic features
  • Pro Plan: ฿179/month — Full features

3.2 Payment

  • Fees are billed monthly via credit/debit card through Omise
  • Payments are processed automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any)

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice sent to your registered email address.


4. User Account

4.1 Registration

  • You must provide accurate and current information during registration
  • You must be at least 20 years old. If you are under 20, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before creating an account
  • One account per restaurant (multi-branch support may be available in the future)

4.2 Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access to your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not use the Service in a manner that could damage or disrupt the system
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of your published menu data, including prices and ingredients

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 SangLoeiQR Property

The platform, software, logo, and all designs are the property of SangLoeiQR. You are not granted any intellectual property rights beyond the right to use the Service under these Terms.

6.2 User Content

Menu data, images, and content you upload remain your property. You grant us a license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., displaying your menu to your customers).


7. Cancellation

7.1 Cancellation by User

  • You may cancel the Service at any time through your account settings
  • The Service will remain accessible until the end of your current billing cycle
  • We do not provide refunds for the remaining period of the current billing cycle

7.2 Cancellation by SangLoeiQR

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You use the Service for illegal purposes
  • You fail to pay for the Service for more than 30 days

7.3 Effect of Cancellation

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow recovery. You may request an export of your data during this period. After 90 days, data will be deleted from our systems (except records required by law, which are retained for 5 years).


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8.2 Liability Cap

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for damages arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, internet service provider outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.


9. SLA (Service Level Agreement)

We strive to maintain Service uptime of no less than 99% per month. In the event of extended service disruptions, we will notify you via email or LINE Official Account.


10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In case of dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
